Education & Engagement
Rochester Broadway Theatre League
RBTL believes that arts and performance are among the most eloquent means of understanding and appreciating the human spirit. Exposure to the arts must be an essential part of every child’s education and accessible to all communities.
ARTS EDUCATION
Arts and performance education inspires creativity, nurtures talent, teaches discipline and promotes cultural understanding. RBTL is committed to education both in and out of the classroom that engages students, encouraging them to explore, experience, participate in and enjoy the richness of the arts. Thousands of students from Monroe and surrounding counties take part in our nationally recognized and award-winning arts education programs each year, fostering a new generation’s appreciation of the arts.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Performance art is transformative, and crucial for both personal and societal growth. Through various outreach and engagement initiatives, RBTL strives to provide meaningful, diverse and inclusive opportunities, that allow those in the Greater Rochester community to experience and connect with the arts. Assorted programming is offered throughout each season.
