RBTL offers a unique opportunity for Rochester area businesses to entertain special guests, clients, customers, employees, or VIPs with their Corporate Box Packages, an exclusive and memorable way to enjoy the best in touring Broadway at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre. Whether you distribute tickets at your discretion from show to show* or bring the same guests every time, you're sure to get a standing ovation with each invitation! (Boxes are also available to non-corporate individuals.)

Box Package Includes:

• Eight (8) seats in a private Box for one performance of each M&T Bank Broadway Season show. (Mutually agreeable recurring performance to be determined based on availability.) The 2023-2024 Season features Disney’s Frozen, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Annie, Ain't Too Proud – The Life and Times of the Temptations, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Tina – The Tina Turner Musical.
• Four (4) Pike Lot parking passes for each corresponding performance (opens 90 minutes prior to show times). Located at 945 East Main Street, just two blocks from the Auditorium's main entrance, this well-lit and recently paved lot is staffed through each performance.
• Eight (8) passes to the President’s Club at the Rothschild Lounge for each corresponding performance (opens 60 minutes prior to show times). Located on-site, this comfortable and elegant setting offers furnishings by Ethan Allen and catering by Palmer’s. Amenities include coat check, top-shelf bar and beverage service, and heavy hors d’oeuvres, with coffee and dessert at intermission.
• Logo or name inclusion on the Boxholder page of Broadway Season playbills. (Up to 200k copies and 10 books printed each season.)
