To purchase tickets for West Herr Auditorium Theatre events in person, visit the Auditorium Box Office,  located at 885 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14605. Payment methods include cash, Auditorium Theatre gift certificates, and all major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). Personal checks and Ticketmaster gift cards are not accepted.

Gift Certificates make a great gift for the entertainment lover on your list!  RBTL Gift Certificates are redeemable for most events at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre and never expire. Redeem your Gift Certificate by phone at 585-222-5000 or in person at the Auditorium Box Office If a balance remains, a new Gift Certificate with the remaining amount will be issued.
