ON-SITE OFFERINGS

The newly renovated Floreano Room (pictured left), is located off the corridor between the west entrance and the main lobby of the West Herr Performing Arts Center. This space is open beginning 90 minutes prior to each West Herr Auditorium Theatre performance, has direct access to nearby restrooms, and features full bar service and an expanded food and dessert menu, provided by Palmer Foods. It remains open for a short time post-Broadway shows for coffee and dessert .

Additional concession areas are located throughout the West Herr Auditorium Theatre lobby levels, including in the new 2nd floor lounge (pictured right). These areas open with ticketing, approximately 60 minutes prior to each performance, and remain open through intermission.  Offerings include full bar service and a limited food and dessert menu (also provided by Palmer Foods), as well as nearby restrooms.  There are no post-event offerings at these locations.

Located off the main lobby of the West Herr Performing Arts Center, the President’s Club at the Rothschild Lounge provides an upscale option to further enhance your experience in a private, comfortable setting, furnished by Ethan Allen. Access pass includes coat check, top shelf bar/beverage service, and heavy hors d’oeuvres provided by Palmer's Direct To You Market, one hour prior to select West Herr Auditorium Theatre performances. Dessert, coffee, and tea are also provided at intermission. Passes require advance purchase.  Learn more here.
