Rochester Broadway Theatre League
The West Herr Auditorium Theatre is comprised of two levels; the ground floor Orchestra and the Balcony. There is a third section referred to as the Loge, which encompasses the first four rows of the Balcony (rows A-D), but is not a separate mezzanine level.
Seating detail
- The entirety of the Orchestra level (rows A-JJ) is accessible with sloped seating (both wheelchair and transfer seating available).
- The entirety of the Balcony level (rows A-Y), which overhangs starting at Orchestra row R, is raised seating which requires the use of stairs.
- The complex offers elevator access to the second floor lobby (which enters between Loge row D and Lower Balcony row E).
- There is no elevator access to the upper balcony third floor lobby (which enters between rows M and N).
- There are restrooms and concessions available on all lobby floors.

For typical events, there are four price levels available in the Balcony and three price levels available in the Orchestra/Main Floor. The standard breakdown is noted in the provided key below. Individual events determine their pricing structure, which will vary. Please see individual purchase pages at Ticketmaster.com for specific event details.

Accessible Seating Locations

- Wheelchair seating is located in Orchestra Left and Orchestra Right, rows P and Y. Wheelchair seating is available to patrons who will sit in their own wheelchairs for the entirety of the performance. One companion seat is available for purchase next to each wheelchair ticket purchased. Transfer seating is also available on the Orchestra level. (There is no accessible seating in the Loge or Balcony.)
- During sign-interpreted performances, the ASL interpreter is located to the right of the stage.
- During open captioned performances, captioning screens are located to the left and right of the stage.
