Ticketmaster and the Auditorium Box Office are the only OFFICIAL and AUTHORIZED sellers of West Herr Auditorium Theatre event tickets.

To purchase tickets for West Herr Auditorium Theatre events in person, visit the Auditorium Box Office, located at 875 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14605.

- Saturday: 10am-2pm
- Sunday: Closed
- *Extended hours on show days. Varied holiday hours. Closed on Saturdays Memorial Day – Labor Day.
POLICIES
- Payment methods include cash, RBTL gift certificates, and all major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express).
- Personal checks and Ticketmaster gift cards are not accepted.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- No Ticketmaster service fees are imposed at the Box Office. Venue service fees may apply.

- If you are attending with guests, consider transferring each person their own ticket in advance.
BUYER BEWARE
RBTL is not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources:
- Tickets purchased from sources other than Ticketmaster or the Auditorium Box Office may be more expensive, invalid (stolen/duplicated/fake), or ineligible for assistance (non-refundable).
- To ensure legitimate tickets at face-value prices, always purchase tickets from the primary seller.
- In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons, RBTL and the West Herr Auditorium Theatre reserve the right to refuse to sell tickets to or revoke tickets from identified ticket “scalpers” or brokers.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
RBTL Gift Certificates are available online, and in person at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre Box Office.
- RBTL Gift Certificates are redeemable for most events at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre and never expire. (Not valid for non-RBTL ticketed events.)
- Redeem your Gift Certificate in person at the Auditorium Box Office. If a balance remains, a new Gift Certificate with the remaining amount will be issued.
- Gift Certificates are not valid toward prior purchases and are not redeemable for cash.
- Ticketmaster Gift Cards are not available for purchase or redemption at the Auditorium Box Office. (Ticketmaster Gift Cards, redeemable for all Ticketmaster events, may be purchased and redeemed online at Ticketmaster.com.)
