Parking Options
The Rochester Broadway Theatre League (RBTL) operates six paid parking lots surrounding the West Herr Auditorium Theatre and Performing Arts Center. All RBTL lots open 90 minutes before performances and remain staffed until the event concludes. Official RBTL-operated parking lots are identified by black and white West Herr Auditorium Theatre signage at each entrance.
Drop-off Loop:
Patron drop-off is available via the College Avenue Lot A entrance, regardless of where you park your vehicle – simply inform the attendant.
Entrances:
- East Main Street (front) – two entrances, police crossing assistance provided
- College Avenue (rear) – accessible entrance
ADVANCE-PURCHASE PARKING
Guarantee parking, regardless of arrival time, for just $10* per vehicle. Save the worry of finding a spot!
Advance-Purchase Parking
- Pike Lot: 945 East Main Street
Corner of East Main Street & Circle Street, a 2-block walk to the front entrance. Two convenient exits post-show.
Note: Lot not accessible. Pre-purchase only (no on-site sales).

PAY-ON-ARRIVAL PARKING
Five lots are available on performance days (no advance purchase), on a first-come, first-served basis, for $10-$15 per vehicle (cash or credit).
Standard Parking (Not Handicap Accessible)
- Corpus Christi Church: 864 East Main Street
Directly across the street from front entrances. - West Herr Auditorium Theatre: 895 East Main Street
Adjacent to front steps. - College Avenue Lot B: 21 College Avenue
Across the street from rear entrance. - Dox Lot: 105 College Avenue
Across the street and less than one block from rear entrance.
Accessible Parking & Drop-Off Loop
- College Avenue Lot A: 18 College Avenue
Adjacent to rear of complex.
*For select performances this lot may be reserved for vehicles displaying a valid handicap placard or license plate.
Important Information
RBTL operates only the designated parking lots above. Other nearby lots may be available at the discretion of private owners and are not managed by RBTL. Local street parking regulations are enforced during all events. Please comply with posted signage to avoid being ticketed or towed. RBTL and owners of RBTL-managed lots are not responsible for theft or damage. Please lock your vehicle and refrain from leaving valuables visible.
