Group Sales

Groups of 15 people or more to one performance are entitled to a discount on most Broadway shows (some shows may have a higher or lower group minimums and discounts vary by show). Gather your friends, family, co-workers, club members and students together for a great evening of live Theatre!

Group Minimum

The group minimum is typically 15 or more tickets to same performance, but does vary by show.

Group Discounts

Groups receive a discount for most shows, typically 10% off. Discounts may vary from show to show. Discounts are generally not offered for Friday or Saturday evening Broadway performances, and in some instances for matinees.

How To Order

For more information on groups, please contact the Group Sales Department at (585) 222-5000 or email groups@rbtl.org. A 25% non-refundable deposit (deposit may vary by show) is required within 14 days of reserving any group. Final seat count and full payment due date will be discussed when you book your group, typically final payment is due 4 weeks after deposit is due. Payment schedule may vary depending on which show you book and when you book your tickets.

An invoice with payment due dates and seating information will be sent to you within 48 hours of booking your group. Your deposit and full payment can be made via cash, check (payable to RBTL) or credit card. Payment must be sent to RBTL's Group Sales Office, 885 East Main Street, Rochester NY 14605.

Failure to comply with payment schedule will result in the releasing of seats. Until final payment is made, your group may change your ticket order without penalty, providing it does not drop below the group minimum. If group minimum is not met, your deposit will be applied to the purchase of tickets at the individual ticket price. Group price includes all handling & processing fees.

Please Note: If reserving seats in the balcony, there is no elevator in the Theatre. Please plan accordingly for anyone in your group who may have access issues.
