What is "special needs seating"?
Special needs seating includes patrons in wheelchairs who will be viewing the performance from their wheelchair, and patrons who have a hearing impairment and require an interpreter. The Box Office has specific seating reserved for both of these situations, which can be purchased in person at the Box Office or over the phone at (585)222-5000. Please note there is an extra charge if tickets are purchased over the phone.
What if I want to request an aisle seat?
The easiest way to request an aisle seat is to purchase the tickets in person at the Box Office. You can also request aisle seats by calling Ticketmaster at (585)232-1900, and saying 'operator' to talk to one of their customer service representatives. Please refer to the seating chart for assistance.

Why aren't my seats next to each other?
The Aud Rochester (Auditorium Theatre), like many other theaters, has odd numbered seats on the left hand side and even numbered seats on the right hand side. Seats in the center section are consecutively numbered 101 – 112 or 114, depending on the row. The Right Center section starts at seat number 2 and is the even numbers. The Left Center Section starts at seat number 1 and is the odd numbers. In both the right and left hand sides, the numbers get higher as they move farther away from center.

Where do I park when I go there?
There is some free, short term street parking on East Main Street. There is also a parking lot in the back of the Theatre, accessed from Prince Street. There is an entrance on the rear side of the building that connects to the lobby where the box office is located. When attending a show, the parking lot at Corpus Christi Church is also available. The lot is located across East Main Street from the Aud Rochester (Auditorium Theatre). Parking for events is generally $5.00.
When is the Box Office open?
The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. The Box Office is also open whenever there is a show, from one hour prior to show time until the start of the show.
Do I have to come down to the Box Office to purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at (585) 232-1900 or online at Ticketmaster.com. The Box Office only sells tickets in person; they can not sell tickets over the phone or reserve tickets to be picked up in person. In order to avoid the Ticketmaster service charges the tickets must be purchased in person at the Box Office.
Why are the ticket prices different at the Box Office than what Ticketmaster gave me over the phone?
The prices at the Box Office are the true total price of the ticket. Ticketmaster will often quote a lower price, and then add in fees and service charges. By purchasing tickets in person at the Box Office you avoid paying the Ticketmaster charges.
What if I can't make a show due to illness?
Unfortunately, all tickets purchased either through Ticketmaster or at the Box Office are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
