Group Discounts:
Groups receive a discount for most shows. Discounts may vary from show to show. Discounts are generally not offered for Friday or Saturday evening Broadway performances, and in some instances for matinees.

Tickets are subject to availability. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Tickets will be issued upon receipt of full payment. All dates, times, shows and prices are subject to change without notice. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks of reserving any group. Final seat count and full payment will be due two weeks following your deposit.
An invoice with payment due dates will be sent to you for your group ticket order. Your deposit and full payment can either be cash or check payable to RBTL and sent to RBTL's Group Sales Office, 885 East Main Street, Rochester NY 14605. Credit cards are not accepted for group payment.
Failure to comply with payment schedule will result in the releasing of seats. Until final payment is made, your group may change your ticket order without penalty, providing it does not drop below the group minimum of 20 to the same performance. If group minimum is not met, your deposit will be applied to the purchase of tickets at the individual ticket price. Group price includes all handling fees.
Please Note: If reserving seats in the balcony, there is no elevator in the Theatre. Please plan accordingly for anyone in your group who may have access issues.
