Warm Up - Lindsey, DaLette and Zach

Camp will be divided into three groups. The warm up will cover flexibility, strength and stamina. Students should be prepared to experience yoga and aerobic exercises, as well as ballet, jazz and modern techniques. We've nicknamed this part of our day the warrior warm-up. Bring it.
